This Privacy Policy explains how Anaëlle Flipo, self-employed professional (“trabajadora autónoma”) registered in Spain, trading as Anacam Agency (the “Data Controller”, “we”, “us”), collects and processes personal data through the website setup-showup.lovable.app (the “Site”) and the sale of the “Set Up, Show Up” online course (the “Course”).

Depending on how you interact with the Site, we may collect:

• Identification data: name, email address, billing details, provided when you enroll in the Course through our payment platform, systeme.io;
• Payment data: processed directly by systeme.io; we do not receive or store full payment card details;
• Scheduling data: if you book the optional 1:1 feedback call, name, email, and appointment details collected via Calendly;
• Technical data: basic browsing data (such as pages visited) that may be collected automatically by the Site hosting platform, Lovable;
• Correspondence: any information you provide when contacting us directly by email.

We process your personal data for the following purposes:

• To process your Course enrollment and payment, and provide access to Course content (performance of a contract);
• To schedule and conduct the optional 1:1 feedback call (performance of a contract);
• To respond to your questions and provide customer support (legitimate interest / performance of a contract);
• To comply with our legal and accounting obligations, such as invoicing (legal obligation);
• To send you information related to the Course you purchased (legitimate interest), and, only with your consent, other marketing communications.

We rely on the following legal bases under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR): performance of a contract, compliance with a legal obligation, our legitimate interests (for example, keeping records and improving our services), and, where applicable, your consent.

We share personal data with the following categories of recipients, strictly as necessary to provide the Course:

• systeme.io: our payment and course-hosting platform, which processes enrollment and payment data;
• Calendly: used to schedule the optional 1:1 feedback call, if booked;
• Lovable (Lovable Labs Incorporated / Lovable Labs AB): our website hosting provider.

We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

Some of our service providers (such as systeme.io and Calendly) may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where this occurs, we rely on the safeguards provided by those providers, such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses or an equivalent adequacy mechanism.

We retain your data for as long as necessary to provide the Course and fulfil the purposes described above, and afterward for the duration required by applicable legal, tax, and accounting obligations (generally up to the statutory limitation period applicable in Spain).
